Massive open

* Once mail is generated, it must be sent to the destinatary without modifying subject or body of the message

* To carry out a massive load, you must attach a csv file with name "cargaMasivaTemplate.csv" with the service numbers in the mail. We remind you that the massive load is only allowed for Inbound Contact Domestic and Mobile Services requests(except SIM Activation). Download the template from here
